I ordered a part and had a question about whether it would actually fit, so I reached out to after-sales support. To be fair, they did get back to me and sorted it out in the end, which I appreciated. It just took a few days and, of course, I had to follow up once before anything really moved along. Not the worst experience ever, but I wouldn’t exactly call it speedy service.

"Looked right, but felt cheaper than I expected"
I ordered this replacement part thinking, you know, if it fits the model then it’s probably close enough to the original. It did fit okay, so at first I figured it was fine. But once I handled it a bit, the material just felt cheaper than I expected, and it started looking worn fast. It’s not terrible, and it does the job, but for the price I kind of assumed the quality would be better...

I used rvautoparts.com to track down a replacement part, i was glad the search filters actually worked because I didn’t feel like digging through a million listings. Filtering by type and brand made it quick. A couple of the results seemed a little random, which was mildly annoying, but not enough to be a big issue. Checkout was straightforward, and I got what I needed. I’d use it again.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
I ordered a couple of parts from rvautoparts.com, the delivery was standard. Nothing too slow or surprising. But when the box showed up, it looked a little rough, like it had been tossed around a bit, and there really wasn’t much padding inside.
Thankfully, nothing was damaged, so that was a relief. Still, for RV parts that can cost a decent amount, I’d expect the packaging to be a bit more secure. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of okay.

I was worn out from comparing prices and dealing with local shops, but these parts ended up being cheaper and worked just fine. Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but it got here in a reasonable amount of time. i just needed it to be simple, and it was.

I tried to cancel my order not long after placing it, i’m still not totally sure why it was so difficult. It took a while to get a clear answer, and it felt like maybe no one was really looking into it. By the time they got back to me, everything had already gotten messy. I ordered from rvautoparts.com, the tracking was the most frustrating part. They sent me a tracking number, but it sat there for days without any real updates, which kind of defeats the purpose of having tracking in the first place.
I emailed to ask what was going on, but the reply I got was short and didn’t really clear anything up. I wasn’t expecting constant updates or special treatment, just a basic idea of where my order was and when it might arrive.
The package did finally show up, but it was late, and the whole process was more annoying than it needed to be. Common sense says if you’re shipping parts people may actually need, the tracking should be reliable. I’m not sure I’d order from them again if this is how it usually goes.

I found the RV part I was looking for, so that part was fine, but the price was just kinda high compared to other places I checked. Then shipping got added on and it made the whole thing even worse. Nothing complicated really, it just wasn’t worth it for me, so I bought it somewhere else

"Inventory was off and it threw off my plans"
I ordered a part because the website said it was in stock, so I just assumed everything was fine and it would ship like normal.
A few days later, they let me know it actually wasn’t available. The message had that kind of generic tone where I got the impression this probably happens more than they’re letting on, but there was no clear warning during checkout that the inventory might not be accurate.
I needed the part for a repair, so this ended up messing with my whole week. If the stock isn’t updated in real time, they should be upfront about it before people place orders. Frustrating overall...

"Was hoping it would work out"
I got this thinking it would be a simple swap, and at first glance it looked close enough. Packaging was fine and the part itself didn’t seem damaged or anything. I spent a little time trying to get it in place, thinking maybe I was just missing something, but after messing with it for a while, the holes/edges just didn’t line up the way they were supposed to. It was listed as fitting, but in my case it definitely didn’t.

It wasn’t the best experience. The site felt a little confusing to use, and placing my order took longer than I expected. I did end up getting what I needed, but the whole process wasn’t very smooth. If it’s like this again, I’ll probably just go with another place next time.

"Took longer than I expected"
I was excited to get this set up and figured it would be a straightforward afternoon project. I laid everything out, made some coffee, and tried to follow along step by step, but after a while I kept noticing the instructions didn’t really line up with the parts I had. I ended up spending hours double-checking things and still had to guess my way through parts of the install. Not the worst product ever, but the instructions were useless
